Supports global benefits administration, compensation analysis, annual pay cycles, billing reconciliations, payroll deductions, audits, compliance reporting, employee inquiries, wellness programs, and Total Rewards projects. The role maintains benefits and compensation data, documentation, job architecture, salary structures, and regional program records while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, vendors, and employees across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

Support HR Business Partners across US and LATAM as first point of contact for employee relations, coordinate performance and engagement programs, manage onboarding/offboarding coordination, maintain HRIS data and dashboards, and deliver reporting and insights to improve retention and HR processes.
