Full-cycle recruiter partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to source, assess, and hire talent across Sales, Technology, and Corporate functions. Manage sourcing strategies, interviews, offers, and candidate experience while advising on market insights and improving recruiting processes and tools.

Manage global HR programs including immigration case management, Workday employee lifecycle transactions, learning and intern program coordination, international relocations, HR reporting, and HRBP support. Partner with external counsel, managers, and HR stakeholders to ensure compliance, improve processes, and enhance employee experience using automation and AI-enabled tools.

Non-Technical Graduates will work across various teams at InterSystems, developing skills and knowledge over a 9-month contract while receiving mentorship and training to prepare for potential permanent roles.

Design, develop and deliver TrakCare/IntelliCare training materials and courses (classroom, virtual, eLearning). Evaluate participants, maintain and update content, and collaborate with product and regional learning teams to meet healthcare training needs.
