Serve as an embedded strategic HR partner for Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing: drive org health, talent strategy, performance management, calibrations, headcount planning, and cross-functional people programs while coaching leaders and executing scalable people solutions.

Partners with European Engineering, Product, Design, and G&A leaders on performance, organizational health, change management, talent processes, headcount planning, and team structure. Builds trusted relationships across multiple European markets, bridges Europe and U.S. teams, and collaborates with People, Finance, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning teams to deliver global people programs in a fast-paced environment.

Lead end-to-end recruiting for business roles: design sourcing strategies, manage screening and interviews, build hiring manager partnerships, improve funnel metrics, enhance candidate experience, and drive diversity and employer branding.

Provide high-touch executive support to senior People leaders: manage complex calendars, travel, inboxes, and expenses; prepare meeting materials and polished decks; track cross-functional action items; manage stakeholder communications; protect sensitive information; plan and prioritize leaders' work to keep initiatives on track.

Own and scale employee lifecycle programs (onboarding, performance, engagement, manager enablement, recognition, career pathing). Design, execute, and measure programs end-to-end; run multiple initiatives in parallel; define success metrics; drive adoption and training; partner cross-functionally with People, Legal, Finance, EAs, and Ops.
