Manage performance and employee relations cases, coach managers, lead workshops, advise on organizational design, analyze people trends, identify organizational risks, and contribute to talent reviews and broader People initiatives. Use AI to streamline workflows and support people analytics, engagement insights, and workforce planning.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Marketing, Sales, Strategy, G&A, and Customer Experience roles. Build multi-channel talent pipelines, create AI-powered recruiting workflows, advise executives and hiring managers using recruiting data, and manage offer negotiations. The role requires strong communication, organization, judgment, and the ability to deliver high-touch candidate and stakeholder experiences in a fast-growing technology company.
