Serve as the strategic HR business partner for a client group: translate executive priorities into workforce plans, embed Assess/Reward/Develop/Engage programs, drive organizational design, coach leaders, build talent pipelines, use people analytics to guide interventions, and collaborate with HR pods to focus on strategic initiatives.
