Leads the global HRBP organization and advises executive leadership on organizational design, succession planning, workforce strategy, employee relations, performance management, and culture. Oversees People Business Partners supporting GTM and R&D, drives talent and career architecture, and partners with Finance and People functions on headcount, compensation, and international structures. Uses AI and people analytics to identify trends and guide organizational decisions during rapid global growth.

Serve as the strategic People Business Partner for R&D, advising the CTO, SVP of Product, and technical leaders. Align workforce planning, organizational design, career architecture, performance, compensation, engagement, and talent strategies with technical goals. Coach engineering managers, analyze people metrics, support organizational scaling, and execute core People programs. Requires strong software development lifecycle literacy, executive presence, analytical capability, AI fluency, and extensive HRBP experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
