Support day-to-day benefits administration across LATAM: process enrollments and life‑event changes, reconcile vendor invoices, maintain HRIS and vendor data, prepare reports, coordinate with Payroll/Finance/Accounts Payable and vendors, and assist annual enrollment and audit activities.

Provide part-time, remote benefits administration for LATAM: process enrollments, lifecycle changes, and terminations; reconcile vendor invoices with payroll and enrollments; maintain HRIS and vendor data; support stakeholders (Payroll, Finance, AP, vendors) and annual enrollment, audits, and reporting using Excel and Microsoft tools.

The Benefits Advisor manages the administration of employee benefits across EMEA, overseeing enrollments, compliance, vendor coordination, and financial reconciliation while ensuring high-quality service and operational control.
