Lead TA partner for ANZ responsible for strategic workforce planning, full lifecycle recruiting for Sales and GTM, leveraging AI and talent data, coaching another recruiter, driving regional TA initiatives, and maintaining recruiting operations and metrics in Workday and other platforms.

Manage and deliver accurate international payroll across multiple regions, ensure compliance and governance, drive quality and process improvements, manage vendors and stakeholders, produce reports, and support payroll systems and year-end activities.

Manage a team to operationalize global learning programs, coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person events, administering LMS and learning technologies, tracking participation metrics, managing internal communications and intranet content, and driving continuous improvement and AI-enabled learning initiatives.
