Provides entry-level HR shared services support across onboarding, contingent worker administration, employee lifecycle transactions, Workday updates, and ServiceNow case management. Follows SOPs to resolve standard inquiries, maintain accurate records, meet SLAs, protect confidential data, and escalate complex or policy-related cases. Coordinates with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, employees, managers, and Tier 2 support while using AI technologies to improve workflows and efficiency.

Manage day-to-day global mobility, immigration, and tax operations with focus on EMEA and APAC. Support visa assessments and applications, cross-border transfers and travel, handle employee requests through completion, and collaborate with HR, TA, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and other stakeholders.

Lead and grow a global product and engineering recruiting team: set performance goals, mentor managers and recruiters, partner with business leaders, improve processes, source hard-to-find engineering talent, leverage AI tools, maintain ATS accuracy, and ensure excellent candidate experience across hiring lifecycle.

Manage and deliver accurate international payroll across multiple regions, ensure compliance and governance, drive quality and process improvements, manage vendors and stakeholders, produce reports, and support payroll systems and year-end activities.
