Lead the People Operations workstream for a global ADP payroll implementation across multiple countries. Ensure Workday is the single source of truth, manage Workday-to-ADP integrations, enforce data governance and testing, standardize processes and SOPs, drive change management and training, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor People Operations specialists through Go-Live and hypercare.

Build scalable people programs, link HR strategy to business outcomes, advise leaders, and support a distributed workforce while leveraging AI to improve productivity and decision-making.
