Serve as a senior regional talent advisor for AMER, owning end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, stakeholder advising, AI-driven process automation, and recruitment analytics to build high-performing teams and elevate employer branding.

Serve as a strategic People Business Partner to R&D leadership, driving organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, change leadership, and AI-driven people insights to align workforce strategy with business goals.

Own the end-to-end People lifecycle for M&A: lead HR due diligence, partner with Corporate Development, build cross-functional integration playbooks, orchestrate Recruiting/Comp/Immigration/Payroll workstreams, and design day-1 onboarding and retention programs to integrate acquired technical teams under compressed timelines.

Coordinate interview logistics across video, phone, and in-person formats; manage ATS, scheduling tools and candidate trackers; deliver an exceptional candidate experience; handle confidential information; communicate with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers; identify and support process improvements and cross-functional recruiting operations.

Lead design and governance of global sales compensation plans and AI-native incentive frameworks. Architect metrics for consumption and AI monetization, drive C-level decisions, build AI tools for modeling and forecasting, and partner with Finance, HR, IT, Product, and GTM to enable accurate, auditable payouts and change management for global sales teams.

Lead complex employee relations investigations and advise senior leaders and People Team partners. Build and analyze ER metrics, identify trends and root causes, drive performance management and change initiatives, update policies, develop training, and lead global ER projects while partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and others.
