Leads the strategy and execution of REPAY’s knowledge management and training function. Responsibilities include auditing and rebuilding the knowledge base, establishing governance and writing standards, creating customer self-service documentation, designing internal and customer training, coordinating with Product and Marketing around releases, and tracking requests and program health. The role requires hands-on technical writing, instructional design, cross-functional partnership, and building processes from scratch in a SaaS environment.
