The HR Business Partner advises business leaders on HR strategies, drives organizational effectiveness, and manages complex HR issues while influencing outcomes without formal authority.

Own and improve enterprise talent review and succession planning cycles, design frameworks and processes, produce analytics and insights on succession health and high-potential identification, partner with HR and business leaders to influence decisions, and manage multiple program workstreams to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Lead and supervise facilitator coordination and capability building, define and enforce facilitation standards, design and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs, coach facilitators, partner with program and design teams to ensure consistent delivery, review learner feedback and metrics, and drive continuous improvement across hybrid learning programs.

Provide corporate labor relations leadership for UAW-represented manufacturing sites: advise management, negotiate and interpret collective agreements, coach HR/LR field teams, build union/management relationships, deliver training, support local and national bargaining, and resolve complex employee and union issues.

Lead day-to-day HR and labor relations for hourly unionized plant employees: investigate and resolve grievances, advise managers on UAW/contract issues, support hiring/transfers/separations, drive workforce planning, guide restructures and negotiations, collaborate with COEs and senior leaders, and represent the company in legal/court sessions.
