Provides onsite HR business partner and labor relations support for unionized and salaried employees. Advises leaders on labor agreements, grievances, investigations, staffing, seniority, hiring, compensation, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational changes. Partners with executives, unions, plant personnel, and HR centers of excellence while ensuring legal compliance, accurate HR transactions, and effective employee relations.

Leads complex, high-risk employee performance accountability cases, advising managers, HR, Legal, and regional leaders. Owns formal performance processes, documentation, risk assessment, and sensitive communications. Mentors HR specialists, interprets performance data, improves workflows and standards, and supports training and tooling enhancements across a global HR function.

Leads HR and labor relations for manufacturing operations, partnering with leaders, employees, and union representatives. Responsibilities include contract administration, grievance resolution, investigations, employee relations, compensation, talent management, workforce planning, coaching, compliance, onboarding, and attrition analysis. The role supports both GM and DMAX employees, requires onsite work across Moraine and Brookville, and includes off-shift hours and overtime.
