Responsible for assessing company-wide development needs, designing and arranging learning solutions, and supporting employee training and professional growth. The role facilitates learning and organizational change, partners strategically with the business, researches development opportunities, and manages multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Lead employee relations and HR compliance programs, conduct investigations, ensure adherence to international and US employment laws, manage FedRAMP-related HR controls and audits, develop policies and training, track trends, mitigate HR risks, and partner with HR, legal, and cross-functional teams to sustain a positive, compliant workplace.

Serve as the strategic HR advisor to Product and Technology senior leaders, designing and implementing people strategies, organizational design, talent and succession plans, executive coaching, and cross-functional HR initiatives to drive business objectives and leadership effectiveness across global regions.
