Coordinate employee experience programs, front-of-house visitor services, and on-site events. Provide executive support to up to two leaders, manage employee gifting and branded merchandise, own AV/room setup, gather feedback, and partner with People and Facilities teams to deliver consistent, engaging workplace culture moments.

Partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies, lead organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. Analyze HR metrics, leverage AI tools to streamline People processes, conduct investigations, ensure legal compliance, and provide executive coaching and strategic HR guidance to support rapid growth.
