Support employee lifecycle across eight international offices: manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain HRIS and personnel records, coordinate payroll and benefits (especially France), ensure legal compliance in France and Spain, liaise with external partners for visas/insurance, handle employee queries, improve People Experience processes, and participate in cross-functional HR projects.

Design and build blended learning programs and materials for management and leadership development. Manage LMS content, convert existing assets into scalable learning experiences, conduct needs analysis, partner with SMEs, enable internal facilitators, track learner engagement and impact, and leverage AI and emerging tech to accelerate content development and improve learning quality.
