Coordinates recruiting from job opening through offer acceptance, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, interview plans, feedback collection, offers, background checks, onboarding, and ATS administration. Prepares recruiting reports and dashboards, supports vendors and process improvements, and co-leads new graduate and internship programs. Partners with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and cross-functional teams to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
