Own and build Kepler’s talent function as its first dedicated talent hire. Source, attract, assess, and close senior technical candidates, especially engineers, using networks, outbound recruiting, events, agencies, data, and unconventional approaches. Build recruiting processes, scorecards, reporting, employer brand, and candidate pipelines while advising leadership on hiring plans, offers, and interview quality. The role requires hands-on recruiting, strong technical judgment, relationship building, and AI-enabled recruiting automation.
