Lead and scale a team of People Business Partners to act as trusted advisors to executives. Build operating models, run talent calibrations, develop managers, translate people data into recommendations, handle complex employee relations, and partner with Talent, Total Rewards, and People Ops to align people programs with business needs.

The People Business Partner will strategically partner with leaders across various corporate functions, manage performance and talent initiatives, advise on employee relations, and support change initiatives while embodying the company’s values.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, source technical talent, and enhance the candidate experience while partnering with teams across the organization.
