Partner with senior leaders and HR to translate culture into practical behaviors, deploy leadership copilots, and deliver measurable improvements in manager effectiveness and organizational health.

Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, job changes, separations, leave, time tracking, and documentation. Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and payroll systems, respond to inquiries via case management, perform audits and reporting, partner with cross-functional teams, ensure legal compliance, and create process documentation to drive continuous improvement and scalable People Operations.
