Leads Apptronik’s global product education and technical learning strategy for robotics employees, partners, and customers. Builds scalable LMS, LXP, certification, competency, documentation, and simulation ecosystems; aligns training with product launches and field deployment readiness; manages budgets, metrics, commercialization, and P&L impact; and recruits and develops multidisciplinary teams. Partners with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Global Services teams to improve product adoption, support deflection, customer confidence, and human-robot operational literacy.

Lead total rewards strategy including compensation design, equity programs, benefits lifecycle, compliance, and analytics. Partner with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition and People Partners to attract, reward, and retain talent at a high-growth robotics company.
