Own and scale enterprise compensation programs, including salary structures, equity, geo-pay, promotions, focal cycles, and incentives. Design compensation governance, policy guardrails, delegation frameworks, automated workflows, AI-assisted self-service tools, and centralized reporting. Advise senior leaders on talent-market positioning, pay equity, and organizational design while partnering with Compensation Operations, data, tooling, and peer program leads.

Build and manage a global Afterpay and Cash App sales enablement and training strategy across North America, the UK, and APAC. Own the internal content platform, facilitate training, communicate product and business updates, collaborate with revenue and GTM leaders, and use AI to scale learning programs. Measure program impact on sales performance while adapting enablement initiatives to regional needs.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and People teams to design and deliver People-platform integrations, data services, and AI-enabled automations. Build reusable integrations and platform patterns (Workday, Greenhouse), evaluate vendors, prototype AI solutions, and steward platform operations, governance, and security to scale People technology across the organization.
