Provides frontline HR support to team members by troubleshooting systems access, assisting with benefits enrollment, prioritizing and escalating requests, answering HR questions, and conducting follow-ups. Delivers service through phone, chat, and email while identifying recurring issues and supporting onboarding. The role is designed for recently transitioned military veterans, military spouses, or National Guard and Reservist members seeking foundational experience in human resources.

Supports Team Relations Specialists with HR documentation, engagement activities, orientation programs, volunteer events, meetings, unemployment claims, tracking, and basic employee questions about HR policies. The intern also provides administrative support while developing practical human resources experience.
