Own a book of high-ARR enterprise accounts as a senior technical success lead: drive adoption, retention, and expansion; align the platform to security and business outcomes; coordinate multi-workstream initiatives; run executive business reviews; enable customers on the Endor Labs platform; proactively manage and escalate risk; capture feedback for Product and Engineering.

Lead and scale the Americas Customer Experience organization (Customer Success and Technical Account Management). Drive retention, adoption, and expansion through regional strategy, cross-functional alignment, executive escalation, and operational excellence. Own GRR/NRR, CSAT, talent development, and ensure customer voice informs product and support.

Drive revenue by bridging sales and marketing: develop sales collateral, playbooks, training, and regional GTM campaigns; support field events and sales coaching; define activation strategy, KPIs, and analytics; measure enablement ROI and iterate with product marketing and sales leadership.

Support GTM leadership with recurring reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Prepare WBR/MBR/QBR materials, build dashboards and Excel financial models, run channel performance analyses, and produce executive-ready presentations to inform operational improvements and reforecasting.

Partner with the CFO to prepare timely financial reports, reconcile general ledger accounts, perform variance analysis, maintain GAAP-compliant records, support budgeting/forecasting, improve reporting processes and internal controls, and contribute to system implementations and special projects.

Lead QA efforts across development teams: set testing standards, mentor testers, manage test execution and metrics, make go/no-go recommendations, liaise with stakeholders, oversee test tools and configuration management, drive improvements, and maintain client relationships.

Perform static and dynamic malware analysis, reverse engineer payloads, develop emulations and detection logic (C++, C#, PowerShell, etc.), identify telemetry gaps (Sysmon, auditd, EDR), debug with x64dbg/WinDbg, produce technical reports, and support threat hunting and incident response.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities for a threat intelligence platform through targeted outreach, market segmentation, prospect qualification, CRM pipeline management, and close collaboration with sales and marketing. Meet lead-generation targets, educate prospects on cybersecurity solutions, and develop into an Account Executive role over time.

Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle: lead onboarding/project management to achieve rapid Time-to-Value, drive adoption and executive relationships, run QBRs, identify upsell opportunities, monitor account health, deliver product demos, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Travel to customer sites as needed.

Lead the backend team, setting technical direction for a scalable platform, designing distributed systems in Golang, and mentoring engineers.
