Process domestic and international payments, manage cash balances and FX impacts, resolve payment inquiries, follow financial controls and regulatory policies, identify process improvements, and train/mentor team members while supporting reconciliation and accounting.

Manage and process APAC payrolls (Singapore, India, China, Australia, Japan), ensure timely semi-monthly/monthly runs, reconcile payroll accounting, maintain employee data in Expensify and NetSuite, coordinate with HR/Finance and providers, support audits and SOX controls, handle stock-based compensation tax treatment, and assist finance team close activities.

The FP&A Manager will drive revenue forecasting, perform variance analysis, develop financial models, and collaborate across teams to support strategic decision-making.
