Manage MSB Call Reports, liability calculations, permissible investment schedules, net worth documentation, audited financial statements, license renewals, compliance audits, regulator inquiries, and regulatory change monitoring. Build reporting infrastructure, reconciliations, dashboards, policies, controls, and training programs while partnering with Finance, Treasury, Operations, and business teams.

Process semi-monthly and monthly payroll across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC while coordinating with external payroll providers. Maintain accurate employee data, stock compensation records, tax withholdings, and remittances. Support statutory audits, SOX testing, internal controls, expense report reviews, NetSuite records, and financial close activities. Partner with HR and Finance in a fast-paced global environment while protecting confidential information and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.

Own revenue forecasting, budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for payment volume, revenue, cost of sales, and gross profit. Build transaction-based and SaaS revenue models, perform variance and KPI analysis, and provide executive insights. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Analytics while leading cross-functional initiatives. Use SQL, Python, R, Looker, Excel, VBA, and financial systems to analyze data and automate reporting and modeling processes.

Lead end-to-end revenue forecasting and financial planning for payment volume, revenue, cost of sales, and gross profit. Build and maintain complex transaction and SaaS revenue models, perform variance analysis, extract and visualize large datasets (SQL/Python/R/Looker), automate reporting (Excel/VBA/Python/AI), and partner with Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Analytics to inform strategy and executive decision-making.
