Coach accounting staff and build AI-powered automation for reconciliations, schedules, narratives, and workflows.

The Director will lead technical accounting and financial reporting, preparing for audits and IPO readiness, managing external auditors, and developing accounting policies while leveraging AI tools.

Lead the operational accounting function as Deepgram scales toward IPO, overseeing monthly close, ERP migration, and the development of accounting policies and controls.
