Process and coordinate supplier invoices through Oracle or automated methods, perform 3-way matching and reconciliations, maintain vendor master files, coordinate ACH/check payments, respond to vendor inquiries, ensure compliance and record retention, analyze AP reports, and support continuous improvement and training within Accounts Payable.
