Responsibilities include launching new instruments, building automated trading tools and infrastructure, troubleshooting live systems, creating data visualizations, managing deployments, and reconciling trades. The role requires strong Python skills, quantitative and analytical ability, collaborative development experience, and curiosity about algorithmic, high-frequency, quantitative, and market-making trading. DeFi and blockchain knowledge is advantageous.

Own end-to-end accounting and close for a multi-entity crypto and fiat business. Maintain GL, reconciliations (crypto and fiat), intercompany, controls, and audit-ready documentation. Produce management reporting, cash/treasury visibility, budgeting/forecasting support, and coordinate with external advisors and auditors.

Support day-to-day ETF portfolio management across equity, fixed income, and derivative strategies. Monitor fund flows, manage creation/redemption and rebalancing trades, perform quantitative/qualitative performance and risk analysis, and build/maintain reporting and analytics tools. Collaborate with Product, Trading, and Risk on new product launches and portfolio transitions.

Support finance and operations by building financial models, forecasting, and evaluating partnerships, token economics, M&A, and new product initiatives. Manage outsourced accounting, treasury operations, budgeting, entity structuring, fund disbursements, and improvements to payments and reporting systems while preparing internal and board materials.

Lead financing and capital-markets strategy for infrastructure growth. Manage transactions end-to-end, build lender/investor relationships, develop analytical frameworks for capital decisions, support board and investment committee materials, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional execution and documentation.

Originate, structure, and close institutional borrow relationships across collateralized lending, structured credit, and liquidity products. Build and operate a borrower pipeline, negotiate term sheets, manage KYC/onboarding, and maintain/expand an owned book. Work cross-functionally with Credit Risk, Product, Strategy, and Engineering to operationalize on-chain borrow products and produce reusable playbooks and terms guidance.

Own international tax and regulatory compliance across US, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, UK, and Australian entities. Manage PFIC reporting, intercompany loans, transfer pricing documentation, crypto treasury reconciliations, statutory filings, audits, payroll, and accounts payable oversight. Coordinate external tax advisors, accounting firms, and outsourced finance providers while building scalable controls and proactively mitigating multi-jurisdiction compliance risks.
