Negotiate, draft, and advise on commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS, SOWs, partnerships); give practical risk-based counsel to tech clients; identify contract patterns to create templates and playbooks; collaborate with founders and engineers to shape AI-powered workflows and define matter management and client communication standards.

Support execution of tactical marketing deliverables including market penetration, segmentation, product launches, market research, competitive analysis, sales campaigns, technical literature, and cross-functional coordination to drive profitable growth and margin targets.

Sell TraceLink's Supply Chain Agentic Business Processes to strategic accounts. Own commercialization journey, build executive relationships, lead discovery and transformation workshops, qualify opportunities with MEDDPICC, manage pipeline and forecasts, coordinate cross-functional solutioning, and drive ARR, new customer acquisition, and account expansion.
