Build and run outbound outreach to re-engage past prospects and source net-new enterprise opportunities. Co-own messaging, sequences, and channel strategy with AEs, iterate playbooks, book qualified meetings, support events with Marketing/RevOps, and document repeatable processes for scaling the SDR function.

Lead and deliver 2-3 medium-to-large IT-centric commercial projects concurrently. Drive cross-functional teams, gather and document requirements, manage UAT and launches, resolve production issues, and maintain project plans, risks, and stakeholder communications to meet business and financial objectives.

Own the full sales cycle for multi-day tour operators: prospecting, outreach, demos, closing, pipeline management in HubSpot, and handoff to onboarding. Collaborate with product, marketing, onboarding and support, meet outreach and sales targets, and travel up to 10% for client visits.

Lead day-to-day SOC operations, manage and coach SOC analysts, serve as Incident Commander for major incidents, enforce playbooks and QA, drive SLA performance and KPI reporting, and implement process and tooling improvements to mature SOC capabilities in a 24x7, shift-based managed services environment.
