Partner with clients to design, configure, test, and support Workday Advanced Compensation solutions across implementations and post-production. Lead discovery and design workshops, configure merit/bonus/equity/plans/eligibility, support UAT and deployments, troubleshoot issues, and assist pre-sales and optimization engagements.

Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting with emphasis on clinical hires (Nurses, Clinical Data Abstractors). Source passive talent, build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, mentor the TA team, maintain ATS hygiene, track recruiting metrics, and improve processes and candidate experience.

Own reliability across vehicle and cloud stacks for AUV operations: onboard Jetson/ROS2 compute, topside systems, cloud ingestion/processing and customer platform. Build automation, observability, runbooks, and self-recovery to reduce on-call toil; manage AWS infrastructure, IaC, container orchestration, and reliability targets. Participate in shared 12-hour on-call shifts and field deployments, mentor team on operational excellence.

Manage assigned customer accounts in the Great Lakes territory, drive new business and margin expansion, lead pricing and contract negotiations, coordinate cross‑functional teams to fulfill commitments, develop customer forecasts, and resolve service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
