Develops, maintains, and enhances Cleo software applications using Java, TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, and SQL. Responsibilities include designing solutions, writing and testing code, debugging defects, collaborating cross-functionally, documenting software, and upgrading existing applications. The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, including coding assistants, LLM APIs, and agentic AI patterns.

Develop and sustain full-stack cloud software, including AI and agentic capabilities. Design architectures, write high-quality code, test components, troubleshoot production issues, support CI/CD and DevOps workflows, document technical solutions, communicate risks, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires hands-on experience with Java, Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, and SQL, plus the ability to integrate LLMs and agentic workflows into production systems.

Writes and maintains automated tests for web, mobile, and backend applications; performs performance, load, regression, integration, and system testing; documents and tracks defects; collaborates with engineering, product, and QA teams; participates in code reviews; and uses AI coding assistants to create tests, generate mock data, and troubleshoot failures.

Owns end-to-end EDI and integration implementations for enterprise customers. Configures EDI, APIs, communication protocols, ERP integrations, business processes, and data mappings; implements REST and SOAP APIs with OAuth; performs testing and troubleshooting; and supports customer workshops, UAT, and issue resolution. The role requires customer-facing implementation skills, supply chain integration knowledge, and the ability to use AI tools to accelerate project delivery.

Designs and implements complex software changes across platform components, defines architecture patterns, evaluates technologies, and supports software products. The role applies AI-first development practices and builds AI-powered and agentic capabilities using LLM APIs, tool use, memory, and MCP integrations. It also involves cross-team consultation, risk reporting, technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.

Lead technical delivery of complex EDI, API, ERP, and B2B integrations from implementation through hypercare. Configure workflows, data mappings, APIs, security, and communication protocols; troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance. Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, lead workshops and UAT, manage escalations, and collaborate with project managers and architects. Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote reusable engineering practices and documentation.

Implements and troubleshoots EDI, B2B, ERP, API, and middleware integrations using ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, VAN, REST, and SOAP. Builds data mappings, Business Process Sequences, workflows, and integration flows; supports UAT, resolves technical issues, optimizes performance, and documents implementation designs. The role independently delivers medium-complexity integration projects and follows quality and security best practices.

Lead DevOps and platform engineering for AWS-based SaaS products. Define delivery and operational standards, modernize applications, build CI/CD platforms with GitHub Actions and Jenkins, and manage AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Helm, and GitOps environments. Improve observability, security, developer experience, and deployment reliability while mentoring engineers. Drive responsible adoption of AI-assisted engineering, support AI workloads on AWS, and establish governance for AI agents operating in cloud infrastructure.
