Mentor engineers, collaborate across mobile/web/ML/platform teams, own monitoring and on-call support, and help scale video streaming and VoD capabilities for millions of streams and clips.

Manage and grow the Video Enablement engineering team, own core video pipeline (ingest, transcode, storage, playback), enable third-party device integrations, collaborate on video roadmap, ensure scalable resilient AWS infrastructure, mentor engineers, contribute technically when needed, and support production incidents and cross-team enablement.
