Performs trade studies, technical evaluations, estimates, and supplier management; supports risk, cost, and schedule management. Coordinates engineering and program teams, communicates with customers and stakeholders, mentors junior engineers, reports project metrics to leadership, and drives innovation and continuous improvement.

Designs, analyzes, and tests aerospace systems and components, with emphasis on aerodynamics, aerothermal analysis, astrodynamics, or related disciplines. Preferred expertise includes additive manufacturing, hypergolic propulsion, high-temperature alloys, coatings, advanced testing, simulation software, and aerospace materials standards.

Lead strategic initiatives to improve production efficiency and quality, design and optimize manufacturing processes, mentor junior engineers, integrate new products with production, oversee maintenance and predictive maintenance programs, diagnose complex equipment issues, and manage projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation in an aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.

Manage and troubleshoot IT systems including OS installation/configuration, network configurations, virtualization, automation scripting, backup/recovery design, user and resource administration, Active Directory and Group Policy management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and improve infrastructure reliability.
