Design, implement, and operate highly available global network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, VPN and cloud (primarily AWS) regions. Troubleshoot complex network devices, manage global connectivity, run incidents and on-call rotations, mentor junior engineers, maintain documentation and change control, and evaluate networking technologies to meet regulatory and compliance needs.

Lead technical direction of Airwallex's mobile platform across iOS and Android. Design and evolve core architecture, own shared libraries and CI/CD pipelines, improve security, reliability, performance and observability, manage mobile releases and on-call, drive cross-team initiatives, and mentor engineers while defining mobile best practices and developer experience.

Work directly with startups and strategic partners to build and deliver integrations, polished demos, and reference implementations. Lead technical partner engagements, identify reusable integration patterns, create playbooks and templates, capture partner feedback, and collaborate with product and engineering to influence platform improvements and priorities.

Design and implement enterprise iOS applications and libraries. Own full product development cycles, define technical specs with product teams, refactor for maintainability, and integrate data protection and regulatory compliance. Contribute to CI/CD, testing, and cross-platform (Android) collaboration.

Lead technical direction and hands‑on implementation of Airwallex's real‑time risk and fraud detection platform. Design distributed, low‑latency systems; own end‑to‑end delivery; write production Java/Spring Boot code; integrate ML models and feature stores; ensure observability, reliability, and operational excellence; mentor engineers and collaborate across product, data, SRE, and security teams.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure backend services for card issuance and spend management. Own end-to-end feature delivery, contribute to architecture, write reliable testable code, ensure observability and API quality, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor other engineers.

Build and maintain user-friendly web interfaces for expense and procurement products using React and TypeScript. Implement micro frontend patterns, integrate with backend services via Apollo/GraphQL, collaborate with designers and PMs on shared UI components and design systems, participate in code reviews, triage bugs, and improve frontend engineering standards and observability.
