Build scalable distributed systems for Rula’s Marketplace Health Engine, improving provider utilization, marketplace efficiency, and patient access. Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and Operations; lead technical strategy across teams; design backend services, APIs, and data-intensive systems; drive projects from discovery through post-launch support; solve complex marketplace problems; mentor engineers; and remain hands-on in software development.

Develop scalable platforms, services, and internal tools for Revenue Cycle Management, supporting payments, claims submission, and operational workflows. Partner with engineering, product, design, operations, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness. Drive software development through planning, execution, measurement, maintenance, and continuous improvement while supporting responsive, secure, and highly available systems.

Build and maintain scalable Revenue Cycle Management platforms and internal tooling supporting payments, claims submission, and operational workflows. Design and implement distributed, secure systems, improve reliability and cost-effectiveness, collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, lead technical projects, mentor peers, and participate in on-call incident resolution.

Serve as the technical IC leader for the Provider organization: set technical roadmap and engineering standards, design and review architectures, drive cross-team initiatives, mentor engineers, and deliver high-throughput, low-latency, cloud-based microservice systems for provider-focused products.

Build and scale full-stack systems to improve provider onboarding and supply; design distributed, maintainable services; lead high-priority projects; mentor engineers; integrate AI-assisted and LLM-based features; drive provider-facing product quality and reliability.

Own and deliver patient-facing iOS and Android features using React Native. Evolve mobile architecture, improve testing and performance, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product/Design/backend teams, and ship reliable, monitored releases.

Design, build, and iterate patient onboarding systems and registration/eligibility flows. Own end-to-end projects, run experiments, optimize for performance, correctness, and resilience, and provide technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Analytics.
