Provide 2nd-line 24x7 technical support for microwave transmission systems (Ericsson Mini-link 6300/6600/TN AMM), perform troubleshooting, software upgrades, QoS and Ethernet alarm resolution, ticketing, SLA-driven incident handling, preventive NMS activities, reporting and RCA, and customer communication via phone and email.

Lead design and delivery of cloud-native licensing and entitlement services. Define architectures, perform footprint and capacity sizing, build containerized components and CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot integrations, guide a small engineering team, and drive standards and continuous improvement.

Provide hands-on support to developers by troubleshooting build environments, CI pipelines, networking and security issues; build automation, self-service platforms and tools across Linux, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, cloud and data; collaborate with architects, engineers and AWS; deliver reliable, documented solutions that scale across teams.

Participate across the product development lifecycle: requirement analysis, system/architecture, hardware and software design, integration, verification and simulation. Support and design PLM tools, produce product documentation, and collaborate following Ericsson Product Development Principles while mentoring and sharing knowledge.

Manage and support VMware vSphere (vCenter, ESXi 6.5/7.0/8.0) and Windows Server environments. Tasks include VM provisioning, vMotion/storage vMotion, HA/DRS, snapshots, vDS tuning, ESXi patching/upgrades, automation with PowerCLI, Windows Server administration (DHCP, Hyper-V, clustering), patch management, performance troubleshooting, backup/restore, and 24x7 on-site support in Bangalore.
