Develops and integrates semiconductor processes for infrared focal plane array manufacturing. Manages manufacturing plans, optimizes process routes, analyzes metrology and electrical data, leads root-cause and corrective-action activities, supports mask design and tape-out, and coordinates process transfers with vendors. The role collaborates with customers and cross-functional teams to improve yield, cost, schedule, manufacturability, and product execution across the manufacturing lifecycle.

Serve as systems-level technical lead and customer technical point of contact for complex IR sensor products. Drive system architecture, requirements flow-down, verification/validation, risk and configuration management, technical trade studies, and technology transition from prototypes to production while leading cross-functional teams and communicating status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end IMU evaluation and characterization, build and automate environmental and dynamic test setups, analyze performance and root causes, develop and debug firmware and signal-processing algorithms, create lab infrastructure and automation, define validation test plans and pass/fail criteria, and drive product maturation toward production readiness.

Join a multidisciplinary team to develop metal additive manufacturing processes and materials for aerospace. Operate LPBF metal 3D printers, design and fabricate prototypes, perform materials characterization (XCT, pycnometry, metallography, microscopy), run mechanical tests (tensile, fatigue), coordinate vendor testing, and communicate results in reports and presentations.
