The Manager, Inside Plant will oversee operations and facilities, managing staff and infrastructure design, while ensuring adherence to operational standards and compliance requirements.

Manage inside plant operations, staff, and facilities for headend, hub, colocation and optical transport networks. Oversee installation, operation, repair, power/HVAC/fire systems, FCC compliance, forecasting, project execution, staff performance management, and on-call rotations in a 24x7 environment.

Lead engineering teams responsible for PSTN, voicemail, routing, and test/validation engineering. Drive technical roadmaps, ensure FCC compliance, oversee Tier3/4 support, develop front-line leaders, and implement test automation and quality controls.

Lead Inside Plant operations and staff to manage reception and distribution of off-air transport programming over coax and fiber. Oversee design, installation, operation, and repair of headend, hub, colocations, and OTN facilities; maintain power, HVAC, and fire suppression; support end-user activations; manage on-call rotation, project and budget forecasting, and employee performance lifecycles.

Design and implement corporate network architecture, manage network systems, troubleshoot issues, mentor staff, and ensure high network availability and performance.

Lead design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of telecommunications, signal processing, and network systems. Provide technical support and guidance to regional teams, mentor staff, review and improve designs and documentation, ensure standards and regulatory compliance, and collaborate on system configuration and integration.

Provide engineering and operational support for headend and inside-plant systems: install, configure, test, and troubleshoot RF, IP, HFC, and optical equipment. Maintain logs and FCC compliance, perform scheduled testing, implement change requests and network enhancements, and participate in on-call rotation and field work.

Lead and manage enterprise telephony and call center platforms, oversee carrier relationships and voice infrastructure, mentor voice engineers, drive incident triage and root-cause analysis, enforce voice architecture and standards, collaborate with network and incident teams, and coordinate vendor/carrier engagements to optimize voice operations and customer experience.

Design, develop, integrate and maintain ERP financial applications using Oracle and PL/SQL. Troubleshoot and optimize systems, ensure security and compliance, lead code reviews, estimate work, participate in Agile/Scrum, and mentor junior developers.
