Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot high-performance routing protocol software focused on BGP and data center networking. Write C/C++ code, improve automation and test coverage, develop proofs of concept, resolve complex customer issues, and collaborate with global engineering teams on architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability.

Performs EMC emissions and immunity testing for electronic products, operates and maintains laboratory instrumentation, documents compliance results, investigates failures, and supports corrective actions. The role prepares test programs and reports, maintains ISO/IEC 17025 quality records, supports calibration and laboratory operations, and collaborates with engineering and product teams on EMC mitigation and global product certification.

Provides end-to-end cloud services engineering and customer support across hybrid cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include incident and problem resolution, troubleshooting, capacity and performance management, cloud administration, virtualization, containers, automation, networking, ITSM, security compliance, and solution optimization. The role requires customer communication, collaboration with engineering teams, documentation, mentoring, on-call flexibility, and onsite work at least 25% of the time.

Provides resident engineering support for large-scale service provider networks using HPE Juniper platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, network health assessment, design and requirements workshops, operational procedure development, customer training, production support, automation, fault diagnosis, and major network upgrades. The role requires advanced routing, switching, MPLS, VPN, JunOS, Python, Ansible, and Juniper platform expertise, along with strong customer communication and presentation skills.

Develops and executes system- and board-level validation strategies for networking hardware. Responsibilities include designing test environments, conducting EDVT and HALT, debugging prototypes, performing bench repairs, evaluating test equipment, collaborating with ODM and cross-functional teams, documenting results, communicating risks, and ensuring product readiness for manufacturing release.

Leads system-level thermal design, CFD simulation, testing, validation, and reliability analysis for high-density networking hardware. Owns thermal development from concept through production, including heatsinks, enclosures, chassis, line cards, thermal controls, and test automation. Partners with multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, and manufacturers on design tradeoffs, manufacturability, cost optimization, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Mentors engineers and influences architecture decisions across complex development programs.

Provides post-sales technical and operational support for Juniper and HPE networking products in customer service provider environments. Responsibilities include network design support, information-gathering and technology workshops, laboratory and production testing, patch validation, troubleshooting, upgrade planning, best-practice development, and collaboration with engineering and escalation teams. The role is remote with occasional travel, customer-facing, and may require on-call weekend support.

Performs diagnostic tests on server hardware and electrical components, verifies results against defined parameters, troubleshoots failures, replaces defective components, and restarts diagnostics. Reads technical specifications, performs root cause analysis, follows ESD and safety procedures, maintains tools and work areas, and collaborates with manufacturing teams. This is an onsite second-shift role requiring repetitive lifting up to 40 pounds and adherence to quality and attendance standards.

Designs, develops, and maintains L2/L3/L4 packet-forwarding functionality within SONiC OS. Implements ACL and QoS features, works with BGP and other routing protocols, integrates SAI components, and debugs issues across the Linux kernel-to-user-space stack. Provides technical leadership, collaborates cross-functionally, and delivers high-performance networking solutions.

Serves as the primary post-sales technical contact for customers, coordinating service delivery, escalations, SLA reviews, risk mitigation, network health checks, configuration and design reviews, upgrades, and deployment planning. Advises customers on network performance, reliability, security, and topology improvements while partnering with support, professional services, engineering, and account teams. Requires advanced IP/MPLS and data center networking expertise, customer-facing experience, fluent French, and the ability to work independently.
