Support new product service/process readiness by developing procedures, BKMs, and technical manuals; lead build & test and failure analysis; drive CAPA and quality issue resolution; create service bulletins and training materials; train field and customer support staff; coordinate parts stocking and manufacturing handoffs.

Entry-level Mechanical/Systems Engineer supporting 300 mm platform equipment definition and system integration. Maintain specifications and documentation, support tool layout and mechanical concept development, track design changes, and coordinate cross-functional engineering activities for manufacturing and installation.

Lead design and technical ownership for vaporizers, filters, purifiers, pressure gauges and liquid delivery systems across product lifecycles. Define technology roadmaps, drive supplier qualification and improvement, lead cross-functional programs, perform root-cause analysis, set qualification and reliability standards, and mentor engineering teams to improve performance and reduce risk.
