Install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor/display equipment as a field service engineer. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostics to troubleshoot electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, communicate with customers, follow safety/clean-room procedures, and assist senior engineers.

Provide on-site customer support for semiconductor equipment installations, diagnostics, service and repair. Develop and optimize thin-film processes (CVD, ALD, PVD, RIE, anneal, implant), design experiments, analyze statistical data, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with customers and R&D to resolve complex process issues.

Design, modify, and troubleshoot complex electrical assemblies, schematics, and controllers. Perform engineering analysis and test reports, lead projects and suppliers, resolve technical issues, and produce product specifications and documentation to support semiconductor/display equipment.

Provide technical support and escalation management for a specific customer fleet, including installations, upgrades, alpha/beta site testing, ECO reviews, and performance reporting (MTBF/MTBI/Availability). Create and review support documentation (CENs, BKMs), present findings to customers, and ensure field implementation while supporting engineering and field teams.

Design, develop, test, and deploy sensors for wafer fab equipment; lead application activities and cross-functional teams; create methodologies to optimize system performance; integrate sensor protocols and data pipelines; use AI/ML for data analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive insights; support customers and transfer solutions to support teams.

Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, processes, and ECO management for parts and assemblies. Coordinate product improvements and releases, analyze part structures and BOMs, engage suppliers, drive continuous improvement using lean and DFx principles, and support root-cause analysis and cost/quality optimization.

Perform failure and construction analysis for semiconductor manufacturing, advise cross-functional problem-solving teams, develop FA techniques, maintain FA lab/tools, support tool buyoff and pilot ramp, train staff, and manage FA reporting and IT submissions.
