Develop and maintain fabrication methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts and assemblies. Coordinate ECO releases, analyze BOMs, implement lean and automation improvements, create/test procedures, identify root causes, and coach ECO participants to improve manufacturing quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Use digital analytics and standard diagnostics to resolve issues, support escalations, ensure uptime and safety, communicate with customers, and participate in shift and on-call rotations. Training provided.

Lead bring-up, integration, and operation of complex R&D semiconductor tools. Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across mechanical, electrical, motion, software, optics, and vacuum domains. Support experiments, run diagnostics, collect data, execute preventive maintenance, integration tests, and module upgrades with minimal downtime. Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve system stability, repeatability, and safety.

Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot semiconductor/display equipment. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic and gas systems. Use diagnostic techniques and digital analytics, coordinate with customers, mentor junior engineers, and ensure safety and on-site compliance.

Support customer-facing process and equipment applications for PCB and OSAT customers. Work on-site at customer facilities, perform process support, and travel domestically (and occasionally overseas) to implement and optimize equipment performance. Participate in on-site training and online learning.

Design, optimize, and troubleshoot semiconductor and display manufacturing processes for advanced packaging. Collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, apply DOE and statistical tools, document findings, engage customers, and lead process engineering projects while collaborating with vendors and R&D teams.

Design, modify, troubleshoot, and analyze complex electrical/electronic assemblies, schematics, and specifications. Lead or execute engineering projects, develop test plans and reports, coordinate component procurement and suppliers, mentor junior engineers, and communicate technical solutions to drive product releases and performance.

Design and develop complex software for semiconductor equipment components; produce documentation and test procedures; troubleshoot and implement bug fixes; define software specifications and test plans; and communicate with internal and external customers for requirements, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
