The Electrical Engineer designs and troubleshoots electrical systems for OLED Vacuum Systems, collaborating with teams to ensure equipment performance and support product releases.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade semiconductor and display equipment. Use digital analytics and diagnostic techniques to resolve issues. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Coordinate directly with customers and follow safety and clean-room protocols.

Develop and maintain product quality and reliability standards, design and execute inspection and test methods, create test plans and perform failure analysis, gather and evaluate test/operational data, document results, perform FMECA and CRAMS, and coordinate PQP and supplier testing.

Install, integrate, test and commission high-tech electrical systems and industrial machinery onsite and at customer sites. Perform wiring, functional tests, troubleshooting, technical support, documentation, and collaborate with engineering and production teams. Travel ~25% yearly.

Lead design, modification and troubleshooting of complex analog and digital electronic systems. Create detailed schematics and PCB designs, perform circuit simulation, prototype and validate boards, generate test reports and specifications, coordinate suppliers and component procurement, and support product releases and field issues.
