Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex mechanical systems and custom tooling for semiconductor/display equipment. Lead engineering projects, generate specifications and test reports, coordinate manufacturing and suppliers, and apply GD&T, material selection, thermodynamics, and flow analysis to ensure manufacturability and performance.

Manage and technically lead a mechanical engineering group for semiconductor etch equipment development. Oversee staffing, mentoring, budgets, product strategy, cross-functional execution, and resolution of complex technical issues. Drive R&D for mechanical and plasma subsystems, integrate ICP source designs, and deliver high-volume production-ready products.

Lead design, development, and optimization of PVD and related processes for semiconductor and display manufacturing. Plan and execute experiments, perform hardware characterization, analyze film properties, generate technical documentation, troubleshoot complex process issues, engage with customers and vendors, mentor engineers, and drive cross-site process development projects.

Lead design and delivery of complex IT solutions: negotiate with customers, define standards and evaluate new technologies, oversee application configuration/coding, testing and data conversions, supervise contract developers, perform QA, manage IT service lifecycles and outsourced support to meet SLAs, plan and run projects within scope/budget, and mentor solution development personnel as a recognized subject matter expert.

Design, modify, and troubleshoot electrical assemblies and controls for semiconductor equipment. Develop real-time control algorithms, size motors/encoders, perform power and cabling design, model systems, create test-stand code, coordinate procurement, lead engineering efforts, and produce documentation and test reports for product releases.

Provide on-site installation, preventative and corrective maintenance, and technical troubleshooting for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Use diagnostics, documentation, and test equipment to resolve issues, support startups, coordinate with customers, and ensure equipment performance and safety in cleanroom environments.

Design, develop, test and integrate multi-axis servo motion systems end-to-end: architecture, specs, simulation, control design, lab tests, system integration, vendor selection, and production transition while leading cross-functional teams.

Support senior engineers with non-field equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, data/documentation, troubleshooting analysis, upgrades and testing for semiconductor equipment. Complete technical and safety trainings, follow quality and environmental procedures, and assist with other team tasks. Strong performers may be considered for full-time conversion after graduation.
