Develops and maintains manufacturing processes, operating sequences, test procedures, tooling recommendations, and time standards for optical subassemblies and final assemblies. Coordinates product improvements, leads DFx cost and quality initiatives, performs root-cause analysis and PFMEA, and implements corrective actions. The role also supports continuous improvement, automation, operational excellence, project management, and mentoring junior engineers. Work may occur in cleanroom environments and requires extensive travel.

Designs and architects FPGA-based embedded systems for semiconductor equipment, including RTL, VHDL, IP cores, software, timing closure, and real-time processing. Translates customer needs into requirements, develops and tests complex FPGA solutions, troubleshoots systems, assesses risks, and supports heterogeneous processor architectures. The role also requires stakeholder communication, reporting, technical mentorship, and collaboration with global teams.

Designs and optimizes semiconductor and display manufacturing processes through experiments, data analysis, hardware characterization, film-property measurement, and troubleshooting. Performs root cause analysis, documents technical findings, resolves customer concerns, partners with vendors and suppliers, implements new technologies and instrumentation, and supports research and development projects. Also serves as a resource for junior colleagues and may lead project teams.
