Partners with development, product, and cross-functional teams in Agile processes, provides technical guidance, and leads complex testing initiatives to improve release confidence and product quality.

Develops service procedures and Best Known Methods for new semiconductor products, supports chamber build and testing, resolves technical issues with Engineering and Manufacturing, and owns beta-site test plans and reporting. Partners with Quality and Reliability on field issues and CAPA, supports final testing, and coordinates new parts stocking. The role provides informal guidance to team members and requires travel up to 50% of the time.

Leads supplier quality, technical development, and operational improvement across machining and contract manufacturing suppliers. Responsibilities include supplier assessments, technical audits, manufacturing process evaluations, corrective actions, root-cause investigations, new product introduction readiness, capacity and risk reduction, and cross-functional project leadership. The role analyzes supplier metrics, presents performance and risk summaries, mentors junior engineers, and drives improvements in quality, delivery, cost, capacity, and operational excellence. Up to 30% domestic and international travel is required.

Develops and optimizes CVD processes and hardware for semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities include defining technical solutions, planning and executing complex process-development projects, characterizing process and hardware interactions, analyzing materials and film properties, troubleshooting engineering issues, and collaborating with R&D teams, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers to advance semiconductor technologies.

Supports semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes across the product lifecycle. Provides on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, customer instruction, tool optimization, and operational quality approval. Partners with customers and R&D teams to develop processes, design experiments, analyze statistical data, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve complex process and product issues across multiple deposition, etch, anneal, and implant technologies.

Designs and analyzes complex process engineering experiments, characterizes hardware, measures film properties, troubleshoots systems, and performs root cause analysis. The role produces technical documentation, implements new technologies and instrumentation, collaborates with vendors, engages customers to resolve issues, and leads project teams while mentoring junior colleagues.

Provide on-site customer support for semiconductor capital equipment: install, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize tool performance. Design experiments (DOEs), analyze data statistically, perform root cause analyses, and liaise between customers and business units. Work across multiple process technologies (CVD, ALD, RIE, PVD, anneal, implant).
