Partners with product and engineering leadership on priorities, execution, architecture, and technical strategy. Reviews system designs, evaluates tradeoffs, supports code reviews, and drives improvements in scalability, reliability, performance, testing, and engineering processes. Works remotely with cross-functional leaders to deliver and maintain veterinary software products.

Lead the architecture and delivery of large-scale React and React Native applications across web and mobile. Establish frontend standards for performance, accessibility, reliability, and maintainability; build shared component libraries and design systems; resolve complex frontend and cross-stack issues; partner with product, design, and backend teams; and mentor engineers while shaping technical strategy across multiple product areas.

Lead architecture and delivery of complex web and mobile product initiatives. Build React and React Native applications, scalable components, APIs, data models, and shared libraries. Establish engineering standards, improve testing, performance, security, and reliability, and optimize database queries. Mentor engineers, guide technical decisions, and partner with leadership and stakeholders to shape the product roadmap. This is a fully remote role supporting veterinary clinic operations and supply-chain workflows.

Build and maintain features across Vetcove’s web, backend, and mobile platforms. Responsibilities include developing React and React Native applications, creating reusable components, improving test coverage, designing performant and secure data models, optimizing database queries, writing API endpoints, and collaborating with engineering, product, and company leadership in a fully remote environment.

Collaborate with product designers to implement modular, reusable React components and pixel-perfect UI across desktop and mobile. Build performant CSS-driven interactions, animations, and micro-interactions. Bridge front-end logic with design and maintain high polish across Vetcove's applications.
