Design, build, and operate large-scale agentic search infrastructure including indexing engines, ingestion/enrichment pipelines, multi-modal and vector indices, and entity/knowledge graph resolution. Improve performance, scalability, and observability across index lifecycle and clusters, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver production-grade search capabilities for agents.

Lead platform strategy and governance for ServiceNow at enterprise scale. Define standards, guide architecture and integrations, run governance forums, mitigate scalability and technical debt risks, and advise executives and product teams to ensure consistent, sustainable platform adoption.

Design and build the automation layer around a Rust-based Forecast Engine: scheduled runs, variance/budget tracking, alerting, observability, integrations with planning systems and Splunk, and the FCR handoff. Own architecture, implement deterministic, idempotent scheduled forecasts via Argo, maintain Lightdash/dbt marts, ensure data contracts and accuracy, and iterate rapidly in a high-velocity, greenfield environment.

Manage a software development team to deliver high-quality product solutions. Coordinate with product management, design, support and other dev teams, mentor staff, resolve ambiguous technical problems, integrate AI into workflows, and oversee staffing, resource allocation, and project execution.

Lead architecture and technical direction for a cloud-native, multi-cluster Kubernetes platform. Solve control-plane, multi-cloud, workload isolation, identity/trust, and reliability challenges; build critical control-plane components; drive cross-organization standards; and mentor senior engineers to scale platform operations and adoption.
