Guide cloud-native, high-scale, low-latency system designs (Kubernetes, microservices), data/identity/measurement standards, security/privacy controls, and de-risking through ADRs and reference implementations while mentoring teams and reducing technical debt.

Lead design, implementation, testing, and support of FreeWheel's high-scale video advertising platform. Own feature lifecycle, produce technical specs, write efficient code, integrate components, and maintain documentation. Provide production support, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product and operations, and drive technical innovation and architectural decisions.

Leads the design, development, and operation of scalable backend systems using Golang, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Defines architecture and technical standards, drives large-scale technical initiatives, ensures reliability and performance, partners cross-functionally, and mentors engineers. The role also involves building distributed microservices, managing cloud-native deployments, and delivering production systems end to end. Experience with video workflows, video analytics, or LLM-powered applications is preferred.
