Build and polish Notion’s native Android experience using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Build and scale database infrastructure that enables customers to use Postgres without DBA expertise. Responsibilities include taking a product from alpha to general availability, optimizing queries and data loading, managing schema changes and concurrency, automating database provisioning and fleet operations, improving observability, and shaping architecture through customer collaboration. Own the technical execution of production data migrations, integrations, and automations for APAC customers. Advises senior customer stakeholders, manages delivery risks and staffing, partners with Sales, Product, CX, and Engineering, and establishes scalable delivery standards, hiring practices, quality processes, and reusable technical assets.

Build and evolve Notion’s Developer Platform, including APIs, MCP tools, integration infrastructure, and internal platform capabilities. Partner with product, design, data science, and research teams to define strategy and deliver reliable, scalable features. Own production software end to end, improve platform performance and robustness, and drive high-leverage technical investments. Help developers and customers create integrations, automations, and connected workflows.

Build and scale backend infrastructure for Notions database (Collections) to improve P95 performance, reliability, and concurrency. Work on distributed systems, microservices, high-volume writes, observability, and platform features; partner with product and senior engineers and use AI tools to accelerate debugging and testing.

Partner with strategic Japanese customers to design and build migrations, integrations, and production AI workflows using Notion Workers, Custom Agents, and MCP. Deliver end-to-end technical implementations, produce reusable runbooks and playbooks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve reliability, governance, and operational patterns for Professional Services.
