Design, develop, and field high-performance Ground Control Station and C2 software using C++/Qt/QML and QGroundControl. Lead architecture and technical direction, mentor engineers, define APIs/ICDs, debug integration/latency issues, support field tests, implement post-mission debrief tools, and ensure interoperability with C2 standards.

Design and optimize tooling, fixtures, and assembly processes for advanced composite airframes; create SOPs and work instructions; collaborate with design, quality, and production; perform RCCA; ensure manufacturability and compliance with aerospace standards using CAD tools.

Lead survivability engineering for autonomous aircraft: design and optimize low-observable features, perform electromagnetic signature modeling and RCS simulations, lead RCS testing and validation, integrate RAM and LO coatings with multidisciplinary teams, translate mission threats into survivability features, and support customer/internal threat assessments throughout program lifecycle.

Integrate, characterize, calibrate, and validate multi-modal navigation sensors (IMUs, GNSS, cameras, altimeters). Develop test plans, calibration scripts, and data-processing tools; collaborate across electrical, mechanical, and software teams; support schematics, CAD, drivers, and lab-based sensor testing through production.

Design and implement high-quality C/C++ embedded avionics software for X-Bat UAVs. Lead cross-functional teams, own features from design to production, integrate firmware and autonomy systems, and develop HIL/virtualized test environments. Produce architecture and test documentation, build CI/test tools, prototype concepts, and ensure reliability, safety, and compliance for aerospace deployments.
